Ordered my seats in March. I received the incorrect order and shipped them back asking for the correct order.
It's the end of June and I still haven't received my product. No one will return my emails. Don't order from this company. Terrible customer service and very poor communication.
When I shipped my first seat covers back, they wanted me to pay for my own shipping. Product arrived in a beat up plastic bag. Everything has been a headache. I paid extra money for two tone seats and they sent me single tone leather.
Offered me 20% off the item. I agreed and mailed them back.
That was a month ago. Still no word after countless attempts at communicating.
